Detragel (Detralex gel)

Composition

Active components in 1 g of the preparation:

    sodium heparin 100 IU
    essential phospholipids 10 mg
    escin 10 mg

Pharmacological action

Combined preparation, has local anticoagulant, anti-inflammatory, venotonizing and antiaggregant action, reduces vein permeability, improves microcirculation.

Detragel® contains three active substances: sodium heparin, essential phospholipids and escine, which have pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic synergism.

Sodium heparin is a direct-acting anticoagulant. Due to inactivation of biogenic amines and blocking of lysosomal enzymes in the tissue, shows anti-inflammatory action, accelerates the dissolution of microthrombi in the area of subcutaneous capillaries, prevents thrombosis, activates the fibrinolytic system, improves microcirculation, promotes regeneration of connective tissue by inhibiting the activity of hyaluronidase.

Essential phospholipids reduce blood viscosity due to the effect on fat metabolism, reduce platelet aggregation.

Eskin - venotonizing agent of plant origin. Prevents the activation of lysosomal enzymes that break down proteoglycan, increases the tone of the venous wall, eliminates venous stasis, reduces capillary permeability and fragility. Reduces exudation, reduces fluid effusion into tissues and accelerates the resorption of existing edema. Inhibits inflammation, improves microcirculation, promotes tissue repair.
