Active ingredients: Onion extract 10 g, Heparin 5000 IU, Allantoin 1 g.

Kontraktubeks is a combined preparation, the effect of which is due to the properties of its constituent components.
It appears fibrinolytic anti-inflammatory (due to the presence of an extract of onions), antithrombotic (due to the presence of heparin), and keratolytic action (due to the presence of allantoin).
Stimulates cellular regeneration without hyperplasia.
Inhibits the proliferation of colloidal fibroblasts.
Pharmacokinetics: In the experiment it was shown that heparin within 4 hours in a clinically sufficient amount penetrates into the connective tissue of the dermis. Deep penetration is provided by a combination of heparin with an extract of bulbs of Serae and allantoin.
Absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion: when using the drug Kontraktubeks systemic absorption is not observed.
Hypertrophic and keloid scars arising after surgical operations, amputations, burns and injuries;
Ankylosis of the joints;
Traumatic tendon concussions;
Stretch marks after pregnancy;
Prevention of the formation of pathological scars in the postoperative period or after trauma.
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug Kontraktubeks.
Rarely: local skin reactions.
In connection with the absence of systemic absorption of the drug, its use in combination with other drugs is possible.
The presence of two types of packages of 20 g and 50 g allows patients with a small scar, or the first time using the drug, to buy a tube of 20 g.
The need for long-term use of the drug is due to the slow restoration of physiological processes in the skin itself, which requires several months, and the composition based on high-quality natural ingredients allows the use of CONTRACTBUX as long as necessary.

It is possible to use Kontraktubeksa in children, pregnant women, and also during lactation.
